Lead-free CsSnX3 perovskite NCs are becoming a promising alternative to CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I), but suffer from extremely poor stability. Herein, we highlight the significant effect of SnII precursors used in the synthesis on the stability of the resultant CsSnX3 NCs. A method is proposed for synthesizing CsSnX3 NCs using Cs2 CO3 , SnC2 O4 , and NH4 X as corresponding constituent precursors, wherein the ratio of reactants can be easily adjusted. Stable CsSnX3 NCs can be obtained with the use of antioxidative SnC2 O4 as the SnII precursor. Experimental results show that the improvement of NCs stability is mainly ascribed to the role of oxalate in the SnC2 O4 precursor. Oxalate ion has a strong antioxidative ability and can effectively inhibit the oxidation of SnII during the synthesis. Besides, oxalate as a bidentate capping ligand is shown to be coordinated on the surface of formed NCs. This can not only passivate the uncoordinated Sn on the surface but also prevent the oxidation of the NCs.Varicella and measles infections can be life-threatening after solid organ transplantation (SOT) but may be preventable with live-attenuated vaccines (LAV).
This survey conducted in January 2019 among subscribers of the International Pediatric Transplantation Association listserv aimed to explore the current strategies to prevent and manage both infections in the pediatric SOT population, including recommending LAV after SOT.
The answers given by 95 pediatric SOT healthcare workers show that these strategies are not yet optimal and call for further education. In particular, 59% of respondents are unnecessarily waiting for a SOT candidate to be &gt;1year of age to start administrating LAV before SOT. Interestingly, most respondents are willing to administer LAV after SOT (57%), and a fifth (21%) are already doing so, off-label. The survey queried the precautions taken to improve safety evaluations after LAV, and identified knowledge gaps and practitioners' concerns.
The results of this survey could be used as a starting point for education and promotion of the safe administration of LAV in carefully selected SOT recipients; in turn, this would increase available data that would contribute to the development of evidence-based guidelines by the transplant societies and ultimately prevent these infections after SOT.

Few cases were reported but no modern case series is available in the literature.
Peripheral blood smears from patients diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) at our institution were reviewed. Relevant clinical and pathologic parameters were collected and compared with reported cases in the literature.
Seven patients were identified over a period of 8years. All patients were males with a median age of 35years. The diagnosis was classic HL in six (86%) patients and nodular lymphocyte predominant in one (14%). All patients presented with anemia (100%), and six (86%) had leukopenia and lymphopenia. Retrospectively collected clinical data on 32 patients who underwent STN-DBS between October 2016 and April 2019 were analyzed. Clinical outcomes were assessed pre- and post-surgery, using the Burke-Fahn-Marsden dystonia rating scale (BFMDRS). Patients were divided into a dyskinesia group and a non-dyskinesia group, according to whether or not they experienced persistent SID during follow-up. The coordinates of the active contacts were calculated from post-operative computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, using the inter-commissural line as a reference. At final follow-up, the main stimulatory parameters for further study included pulse width, voltage, andpart of the STN in patients with dyskinesia, which may provide an explanation for the dyskinesia.

We report here the role of ribosomal protein large (RPL) subunit QM/RPL10 in nonhost disease resistance. The RPL10-silenced Nicotiana benthamiana plants showed compromised disease resistance against nonhost pathogen Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato T1. The RNA-sequencing analysis revealed that many genes involved in defence and protein translation mechanisms were differentially affected due to silencing of NbRPL10. Arabidopsis AtRPL10 RNAi and rpl10 mutant lines showed compromised nonhost disease resistance to P. syringae pv. tomato T1 and P. syringae pv. tabaci. Overexpression of AtRPL10A in Arabidopsis resulted in reduced susceptibility against host pathogen P. syringae pv. tomato DC3000. RPL10 interacts with the RNA recognition motif protein and ribosomal proteins RPL30, RPL23, and RPS30 in the yeast two-hybrid assay. Silencing or mutants of genes encoding these RPL10-interacting proteins in N. benthamiana or Arabidopsis, respectively, also showed compromised disease resistance to nonhost pathogens.
